Jonny Adornetto Campus Leader 7th Year at Camp
University of Western Ontario graduate. Returning for seventh year at Laurel. University of Western Ontario graduate. College track star and Laurel fitness stand-out. ’07 College Days captain. Studying to become a teacher. Second year as Apache CL.
Joie Picatti Assistant Campus Leader 5th Year at Camp
Fifth year at Laurel and second year as Apache ACL. Cascade University graduate. Collegiate varsity soccer player. Outstanding student award recipient. College Days captain in 2008.
Ben Warren Campus Leader 4th Year at Camp
Returns to the shores of Echo to lead our middle boys’ campus. Former ACL and baseball staff. Life-long baseball player. University of Miami graduate. Performed as his university’s mascot at football games. Ben now teaches middle school and coaches football and baseball.
Tim Eldredge Assistant Campus Leader 2nd Year at Camp
Returns to Laurel as Sequoia ACL. Recently graduated with BA in education administration from University of Oregon. Former Laurel outdoor tripping counselor. Scaled Mt. St. Helens. Assistant teacher and basketball coach at local middle school. Plans on pursuing his doctorate in education.
Joe Willis Campus Leader 3rd Year at Camp
Takes the helm of Bago in his third summer. Worked in Laurel baseball and basketball. Joe can do it all! Four year high school varsity basketball and baseball. Lindsey Wilson College graduate. Excited to have him leading our oldest boys!
Steve Kleiman Assistant Campus Leader 3rd Year at Camp
Moving to Bago as ACL after two years as Apache Specialist. University of Michigan graduate and sports management major. Saturday morning basketball coach and birthday party leader. Played high school basketball and golf. Works at Yost Ice Arena as instructor and Zamboni driver.
Matt Marcum Super Senior Head 6th Year at Camp
In his sixth year at Laurel, “Marcum” takes charge of the Super Seniors for his second summer. Matt previously was Bago CL and worked in sailing. A true athlete: three time all-state high school soccer player, four year tennis letterman. Mentors under-privileged children in Ann Arbor, from where he graduated in 2009.
