 SENIOR BAXTER & SEQUOIA
To the Tune of “Bleeding Love” by Leona Lewis
Far away from home, spend my summer in Maine, Packed so many clothes, that you would think I’m insane, Time starts to pass, my clothes are gettin real dirty,
Don’t know what to wear, the second half of the week, Almost three days in, this shirt is starting to reek,
I keep on trustin
But something happened on the very first laundry day, My bag came back with
less clothes, and some with different names,
Less is more, but I don’t think that I should be chafin,
But nothin’s harder than the risk of sendin my clothes away,
And they stole my clothes from me
And I find it hard to believe I’ll be wearing these undies for the next 2 weeks
And everyone’s lookin round thinkin I’m an Acadian,
Help me, Help me. (Sequoia only) I’m a 12 year old boy, this is not my bra, (Baxter only) Packed 18 tank tops, and they lost em all, My clothes go missin every time but I keep on trustin,
It’s real simple, underwear wasn’t made for sharing
I keep on hoping but I
Keep losing, Keep keep losing socks
But I don’t care what they say, these are not my pants,
They try to fold them up nice, but they don’t fit the same, My clothes go missin every time but I keep on trustin,
I keep losing
I keep keep losing socks Keep losing, keep keep losing socks
I keep on hopin but I... Keep losin, keep keep losin socks,
I keep losin, I keep keep losin socks,
I keep on hopin but I... Keep losin, keep keep losin socks,
I keep losin, I keep keep losin socks,
My feet are stinky
Keep losin, keep keep losin socks, I keep on hopin...
Keep losin, keep keep losin socks.
I can barely zip up my bag, but it won’t come back the same, Now every white shirt I own looks a little bit purple,
I don’t care what they say There’s nothing left I can do They try to say it’s okay But I miss my Lulu’s
JUNIOR BAXTER & SEQUOIA
To the Tune of “Love Story” by Taylor Swift
We all got ill when we came to camp. I hugged my friends and we all got strep, I’m standing there in the health center’s cold air.
So we Play SHL for evening program the puck hit me right in the knee
I said ouchy,
Oh, oh
I got tired of waiting
Filling out the form waiting in the line, my best friend sitting on the other side. Bill said hello,
And a thanks to nurse Delaney, oh oh,
Wonderin’ if the nurses were ever comin’ around,
My faith in them was fading When they met me on at that halfdoor, and I said,
what are you here for?
Cause, She gave me ice and some bio freeze
She said you’re fine but go see Kathryn
Austin, help me, I’m not feeling well at all.
I keep waiting but the bouncers kick me out.
Is this in my head? I don’t knowwhattofeel
I was sitting at cove and throwing blue rock, mycounselorsaidputtheblue rock down,
The pain was too bad to me, I was beggin’ Greg, “Please helpme”,andwescreamed
He wrote on my form and gave me a pill
And said, take this for me You’ll never be in pain again I healed you and that’s what I came to do
I didn’t listen and got some blue rock in my eyes.
And Jessi said
Becky and Diego take us to the med shed
We need melatonin to get into bed
Heyyy sweetie you should listen next time
Then you won’t be waiting here in this line.
If we don’t we be up all night Driving our counselors mad with our flashlight
Someone save me, they’re trying to me that I’m fine, This pain is meniscal but it’s so real
I talked to Cara, I know you’ll be good.
It’s the health center campers just come in.
I need to help some other campers
just sit here and I’ll get you some Gatorade.
Don’t be afraid the HC is the best,
It’s a true vibe and everyone can attest
Oh oh oh Oh oh oh oh
