Will is back for his 10th summer at Laurel and eighth year as Campus Leader, returning to Rangeley campus this summer. After four years playing football at Wabash College and three years as a teacher and coach at New Canaan Country School in Connecticut, Will is enjoying his second year of teaching fifth grade at an Indianapolis elementary school. No one goes bananas or rocks a bandana quite like “Meester Shaw”! Will is a true camp favorite!

Tom is returning to his Rangeley roots for summer #3, this time as Assistant Campus Leader. Before heading to the great state of Maine this June, Tom will graduate with a degree in Psychology from Cambridge University. We’re thrilled to have Tom back in Rangeley this summer!

After two fantastic summers as a Rangeley Specialist, Jackson joins our leadership team as ACL. Jackson will graduate with a degree in Aviation Management from Auburn University next year and holds a certificate in High Power Rocketry. We’re excited for Jackson’s return!

After three fantastic summers in the Rangeley Campus, Brice is stepping up to lead Sequoia this June. Brice is an experienced camp counselor, youth basketball coach, and most recently a teacher after graduating Bowling Green State University last year with a degree in Mathematics Education. Our Sequoia boys will be psyched to have Brice at the helm this summer!

Quinn is no stranger to Laurel, having spent past summers both in and out of the lake as part of the Rangeley campus and Swim staff. For summer #3, Quinn moves to ACL of Sequoia. When not at camp, Quinn is working his way toward a Business degree in Marketing at the University of Maryland. We’re delighted to have Quinn and his undeniable enthusiasm back in Maine!

As a graduate from New Mexico State University, and an expert in both baseball and weight training, Tom has made a career out of his passions. When not running around Echo Lake, Tom spends most of his year working as a Youth Leader for an after-school sports program teaching students from around the Los Angeles area. Tom returns for summer #2 after a standout first season as our Head of Fitness. Our Kennebago boys are incredibly lucky to have Tom leading them this season!

Justin makes his Laurel debut this summer as Bago ACL. Justin is currently working toward a degree in Business and Finance at The Ohio State University. He previously worked at Camp Wah-Nee in Connecticut for three summers as a Group Leader. We’re beyond excited to have Justin’s energy and presence in Kennebago!

After two years on the soccer fields, Dan is back for summer #3 in a leadership role with our Super Seniors. An accomplished soccer player across the pond in London, Dan works with a summer camp Visa agency. We know the ‘24 SSR summer will be amazing with Dan at the helm!
